OSHA 10-Hour Safety & Health for General Industry Training Course
This OSHA 10 hour general industry training course is intended to provide instruction on a variety of general safety and health standards. OSHA recommends Outreach Training Program courses as an orientation to occupational safety and health for workers.
This course is ideal for supervisors with safety and health responsibilities, and for employee safety and health awareness. Students will be introduced to OSHA policies, procedures and standards as well as general industry safety and health principles covered in OSHA Act Part 1910. Special emphasis will be placed on areas most hazardous using OSHA standards as a guide.
Course topics include:
fall protection, respiratory, material handling, confined space, gas detection, lockout/tagout, foot, face and hand protection.
Certificate and Department of Labor card upon completion.
